MicroRed Broadband Wireless System Overview Course:

Operator supplied requirements: Classroom and Media tools i.e. Presentation Screen with VGA projector or overhead projector, access to restroom and refreshment facilities. No meals will be provided.

System Deployment, Operations, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting:

Course Description: This classroom and Field Hands On course details the principles and procedures for deployment of the MicroRed Broadband Wireless System. Attendees will learn how to Operate, Maintain, Diagnose and Troubleshoot the system. Attendees will learn RF and Frequency planning fundamentals, coverage considerations, and network expansion considerations. Practical application and hands on training will be provided in either a Simulated or Live Wireless environment. Attendees will learn how to plan, install and maintain commercially viable Microcells.

Course Capacity: 1-5 Students
Documentation Provided: Course training materials in Hardcopy plus Electronic copy provided.
Course Length: Course Length is on a case by case basis. Operator deployment schedules and market needs will dictate the course length.

CPE Installation Training:

Course Description: This classroom and Field Hands On course details the principles and procedures for installation and troubleshooting of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) endpoints. Attendees will learn RF fundamentals, Practical installation techniques, and Troubleshooting techniques at live installation sites.

Introduction to new hardware product:

Course Description: This Class is to introduce customers to new hardware product. This course introduces new PointRed-Gemini’s product, features and benefits, how to configure and add to the existing networks and maintained as part of the existing networks.
Documentation Provided: Course training materials in Hardcopy plus Electronic copy.

MicroRed Network Management:

Course Description: This Class is tailor for operator on how to use MicroRed’s Network Management to configure, monitor and program the MicroRed Network Management Software to maintain its MicroCell wireless networks.
Voice Prioritization and Bandwidth Management is included.
Documentation Provided: Course training materials in Hardcopy plus Electronic copy.
Class Duration: 5 days
Course Capacity: 1-5 Students.
