B. Sreekrishna - Chairman
Mr. B. Sreekrishna is a Director in Gemini Communication Ltd. Apart from his executive management position, he helps various teams on large projects management. He was instrumental in setting up Gemini Communication Ltd., USA branch. He also established Gemini's New Delhi branch as one of the major revenue contributors to the company. He has been with Gemini for the last 6 years now. Prior to Gemini, Mr. Sreekrishna was working for Goldstone Technologies Ltd. as an e-Business consultant prior to his assignment with Gemini Communication Ltd.

Mr. Sreekrishna is an Engineer in the field of Computer Science from Pune Institute of Computer Technology, Pune University. He also did Executive Masters in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade which is one of the premier B-Schools in India.

Balaji Kulothungan - Chief Executive Officer
An electrical and electronics engineer by profession, Balaji has extensive experience and knowledge in the filed of wireless broadband.  After successfully heading the  Wireless & Telecom division in Gemini Communication Ltd for more than 6 years , Balaji Joined PointRed telecom in 2006. Since then PointRed has seen substantial growth in terms of revenue & Intellectual property development . Under his leadership PointRed has launched various new products which include MicroRed NGN, MicroRed-Fi, MicroRed Mesh, MicroTEL, Fixed WiMAX &  Mobile WiMAX .

PointRed has also expanded its direct and indirect presence to more than 45 countries in his current tenure. Balaji’s  more than decade of  experience will add fuel to the growth of the PointRed.

R. Ramkumar - Director
Mr. Ram Kumar is an Engineer in Computer Science and a Post-Graduate in Marketing Management. He started his career manufacturing computer monitors under the brand name of Gemini, which finally got merged with Gemini Communication Ltd., to become a listed entity. Ram was one of the founding members of Gemini Communication Ltd., and has rich experience in understanding of Gemini's core business areas. As one of his main objectives, he has been able to create further growth areas for Gemini, as a Group in areas of RFID, Storage & Remote Services.

R. Vijayakumar - Director
Mr. Vijaykumar, is also the co-founder & Chairman of Gemini Communication Ltd & Gemini RFid Traze Pvt Ltd. He has been instrumental in driving the success of Gemini Communication Ltd and helped it in diversifying the company to various product development. An individual with sound financial & technical knowledge has been the driving force for the success of the Gemini along with Mr. Ramkumar and Mr. Sreekrishna and thus arose the Gemini Group of Companies. His contribution will accelerate PointRed ambitious goal of becoming the Global Leader in Wireless.

J. Chandramouli - Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
Has a rich experience in accounting and finance for over twenty years. His professional career has seen him progress from strength to strength and has spanned significant and varied responsibilities in reputed companies such as cholamandalam investment and finance co., SancoTrans Ltd., Orient Group of companies, Weizmann Ltd., Pinakini Finance Ltd., Great Lakes Institute Of management etc. His experience includes, but is not limited to, Financial accounting, Audit, Secretarial and Taxation procedures, Hire-purchase and Leasing syndicates, etc. and has also offered him wide exposure in areas of insurance, Law, transport, Construction, non-profit, Merchant Banking business etc. He has bachelore Degree in Commerce and is a member of ICAI, ICWAI and the ICS. He is presently, Convener of the Taxation and Finance panel of Tamil Nadu State Council of FICCI.

Kaladhar Musunuru - VP Technology
Joined PointRed in 2000. Master Degree in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur. Mr. Kaladhar has been instrumental in design and development of PointRed products since inception. Mr. Kaladhar has been the key factor for PointMAX mobile WiMAX base station development in PointRed. He was also instrumental in engineering MicroRed series of products. Prior to PointRed, held various position in Wipro & Hp.

Kishen Bahudhanam - VP Engineering
Mr. Kishen, holds an M.S. in EE from USA. He is the key member in the engineering of PointMAX mobile WiMAX products. Kishen has more 15+ years of experience in Product Development, for telecom and wireless products, developing MAC software and DSP software. He joined PointRed in 2007, prior to joining PointRed, led Aperto India, after initiating the R&D center in Bangalore. 

Stanley S H Chen - VP Operation
Mr. Stanley graduated from NTUST Taiwan in Mechanical Engineering major. Mr. Stanley successfully develop and created value to PointRed in supply Chains Management and Products manufacturing. Joined PointRed in 2004. He has all around experiences with Acer Group for more than 8years, focused and in charge of manufacturing to final assembly and total solution, from OEM & ODM experiences to Brand products.
